- There are many scholarships for studying in Japanese universities. One of them is JASSO’s “Monbukagakusho Honors Scholarship for Privately-Financed International Students”. 48,000 yen is awarded monthly to high scorers in the EJU Examination for the first year of university. The scholarship may then be extended to up to 4 years (depending on the student’s grades in university from the 2nd year onwards). In the June 2024 EJU Examination, 2 people from Pusat Bahasa Teikyo Malaysia received this scholarship.
