Effective 4th October 2021, we welcome fully vaccinated person for walk in enquiry.

* Pfizer, AstraZeneca or Sinovac vaccines

(must have passed 14 days from the date of 2nd second vaccination)

* Johnson & Johnson or CanSino vaccines

(must have passed 28 days from the date of vaccination)

* Have your Digital Vaccination Certificate ready

* Only low-risk status people (as shown in mysejahtera) are allowed to enter

* Remember to wear a mask, sanitize, socially distance

* Only 2 person are allowed for each appointment

* Those below the age of 17 must be accompanied by fully vaccinated parents or guardian(s)

* Make appointment 1 day before you come (via Facebook, email or phone call)

Operating hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am~6:00pm)
